We submit claims to the insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients. We are providers for Delta Dental, Metropolitan Life Ins. Company (MetLife), Cigna, and BlueCross Wellpoint.
Insurance coverage for procedures is always an estimate, you understand that your insurance company may not cover the procedure and it will be your financial responsibility. Co-pays, deductibles, and maximums apply.
